Excellent Doctor!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Garelick and his office staff. I had bleeding and was in a panic for answers. Sandy was so empathetic toward me and went out of her way to try to get me in to see Dr. Garelick asap. She called me back and was able to get me in the very next day. I was so grateful. When I arrived at the Gardens office the next day, the staff was very helpful and check in was easy. Rosa assisted me with my vitals and was not only professional and efficient, but also personable. I was feeling very anxious about my condition and I had never met Dr. Garelick until that day. As it turns out, I was extremely impressed. He was the kindest, most sympathetic doctor I've ever spoken to. He listened to what I had to say as far as my symptoms and concerns and answered all my questions without rushing me. He made an embarrassing situation feel normal and comfortable. Not only that, he was able to get me in for my procedure 2 days later!!! Before I left, he reassured me that he'd get to the bottom of everything and explain everything to me after the procedure which he did. On the day of my procedure, he and his staff were in great spirits and made me feel so secure and confident in them. When I opened my eyes, Dr. Garelick was literally right there telling me I did great and that everything went smoothly. Again, if you ever have any gastric or colon problems, make sure you get in with Dr. Garelick. You will not be disappointed.
