Banlicken is simply gorgeous! It is completely private on a hillside overlooking the ocean on the west coast of Arran. The house and its smaller adjacent cottage are contemporary and comfortable and made into one of the most restful and inspiring island hideaways. There is a stream running through the garden, a games room, and a path through woods which leads down the hill to the sea. From the doorstep there are excellent hill and sea shore walks with numerous wildlife. Activities on Arraninclude golf, fishing, quad bikes, pony trecking and much more. Arran is often called 'Scotland in miniature' and so offers a unique island holiday in Scotland - and is easily accessed from the mainland.

Oban is the gateway to most of the Inner and Outer Hebridean islands - step onto the Cal Mac ferry and your holiday has begun.
